Central Plant HVAC Installations

Centralised air-cooled or water-cooled chiller plants matched with central or decentralised air handling units and fan coil units. Suitable for large commercial office buildings, shopping centres and industrial facilities requiring precise climate control.

Direct Expansion Rooftop & Hybrid

A popular system suitable for smaller commercial installations such as shopping centres. DX rooftop units provide efficient cooling with a smaller footprint and lower installation cost than full central plant systems.

Unitary Installations

Direct expansion units and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems that provide excellent solutions for smaller office blocks and mixed-use developments. VRF systems offer individual zone control and energy efficiency.

MCC Panel Manufacturing & Electrical

In-house design and manufacturing of Motor Control Centre panels and cabling to power HVAC installations. Our certified electricians ensure compliant, reliable electrical infrastructure for all system sizes.

BMS Designs & Installations

Building Management Systems ensure the efficient control and operation of HVAC systems. BMS enables remote monitoring, fault detection and energy reporting — giving facility managers complete visibility of their building systems.

Operation & Maintenance of HVAC

Reliable and efficient operation of HVAC systems through planned preventative maintenance and reactive service by SAQCC-registered technicians. Our service department provides 24/7 technical support for mission-critical installations.

Engineering and Drawing

Engineering design support, drawings, equipment layouts, and as-built documentation for HVAC and BMS projects from concept through to closeout. Our team also develops coordinated Revit models for BIM-enabled design, clash coordination and accurate installation-ready drawing deliverables.

Construction Industry Development Board registration in the Electrical Engineering Works (EB) class at Grade 8, qualifying us for large-scale electrical engineering and infrastructure projects.

SAQCC Registration

South African Qualification and Certification Committee registered technicians, ensuring that all refrigeration and HVAC work is performed by certified professionals.

Green Building Compliance

HVAC installations designed and executed in compliance with Green Building Council of South Africa requirements for energy-efficient and environmentally responsible buildings.

SARACCA

South African Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (SARACCA) membership, demonstrating compliance with recognised industry standards and professional HVAC best practices.

Registered Electrical Contractor

Registered as an Electrical Contractor with the Department of Labour, authorising us to carry out electrical work in compliance with the Electrical Installation Regulations.
